Frequently Asked Questions

The Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 requires that by January 1, 2007, travelers to and from the Caribbean, Bermuda, Panama, Mexico and Canada have a passport or other secure, accepted document to enter or re-enter the United States.  In order to facilitate the implementation of this requirement, the Administration is proposing to complete it in phases following a proposed timeline, which will be published in the Federal Register in the near future. How to apply for a passport ??

1. What is a Qualified Player?

Qualified Players receive complimentaries based upon their level of play. It should be noted that the levels of play required may change based on destination (s). As an example regarding Atlantic City the amount of play necessary to qualify would be 5 - 6 hours per day at either a $1.00 Slot machine or $50.00 min bet at tables.  In addition to Qualified Players we extend Gold and Preferred rates which are subsidized rates based on rated casino play.

Why is important to get rated ?????? and how does it generate Comps ????

2. How do I become a Gold / Pref / or Qualified Player?

On all of our programs, we give everyone a slot & table game rating card upon arrival. It is the customers responsibility to use the card while playing. Should you play multiple slot machines or lose your card we ask that you go over to the Casino Services or the respective casinos Slot Club and have the appropriate amount of cards made up for you to use.

3. What type of planes do we use ?

We use DC- 9 (115pax) ,  737- 200 (122pax)  and 727 -200 (170 pax) Jet aircraft offering complimentary snacks & Beverages on charter flights.

4. What type of I.D. do I need for Check - In and how much time before flight time do I have to report to the airport prior to departure?

Our check in begins 2 hours prior to Flight Time and 2 forms of I.D. are required from every passenger in order to fly. One of the I.D.' s must be a government issued photo I.D. (Drivers License or Passport). Please note that since this is FAA regulation no one will be allowed to fly without proper I.D. If you are flying out of the country you must be able to prove citizenship. Also there are no refunds should you are unable to meet the requirements on day of flight.

  5. How has security changed since our recent national tragedy and can we expect delays at the airport.

Please note that our flights to Atlantic City are charter flights and we do use the public security. You are allowed one piece of carry on luggage (not including ladies' purses), however, we ask that everyone please check in most of their baggage. With heighten security all bags are being checked at the security podiums and since all flights are subject to this search we ask that once you check in please go through security. This will allow for an on time departure.

6. What items Can't I bring in my carry - on bags?

First, NO WEAPONS of any type will be allowed. No Knives, scissors or sharp cutting implements will be allowed on passengers or in your carry -on baggage. Security personnel will confiscate any items they deem not permissible on the aircraft. If you are not certain an item will be allowed, for your safety and to allow the security process and screening  to be as smooth as possible, please leave that item at home.

There are more than 7,700 such locations around the country. Allow six weeks for processing. Peak domestic passport processing is between January and July, so you'll get your passport more quickly if you apply between August and December. You can also pay for expedited service in an emergency. If you're 16 or older, the fees for getting a new passport total $97, not including the cost of getting passport photos. For children under 16, the fees total $82. Passport renewals are $67.

The new requirements will not affect travel between the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. You'll still be able to use your birth certificate and driver's license to travel there and re-enter the U.S. after the new passport rules take effect.

If you are traveling by:

Air  A passport - only requirement will apply to all travelers - including returning U.S. citizens - entering the U.S. by air from the Western Hemisphere on or shortly after January 8, 2007. This new requirement includes Canadians and others who have previously been exempt from having to carry a passport.

Sea Cruise There is now no need to have a passport while taking a cruise. The new requirement for a passport or other secure travel document will be enforced for the Western Hemisphere travel into the U.S. by cruise ship at some point prior to June 1, 2009. No exact date is set, but the "sea" or cruise deadline will be identical to the land border travel date for implementation. By law, cruise travelers will also have the option of utilizing the PASS (People Access Security Service) card under development by the U.S. State Department. This is a low-cost, credit card sized traditional book style passport.

Land Border Travel Like the cruise deadline, the new land border travel deadline will be enforced at some point prior to June 1, 2009, but not exact date is set. Travelers will have the option of utilizing a traditional passport or the PASS card for entry into the United States.
